Program Structure The program is interactive and built on the "Field and Forum" principle. Across 8 hands-on, in-person modules of up to 1.5 days each, you learn and practice content, methods, and practical tips together with your peer group. International leading experts with hands-on AI transformation experience, as well as from the academic AI and technology space, contribute relevant content, while methods for implementation in your own area are practiced and tested. The modules are enriched by exchange with peers from other companies, as well as self-reflection and coaching.
Between modules, what you've learned is carried directly into your own organization, with the program moving step by step and leaving enough room to adapt to participants' actual needs and each company's specific challenges. That's why the content from Module 5 onward is deliberately developed dynamically as the program progresses.
